SHIPPING CHARGES

  • FREE Standard Shipping is included for all orders.
  • Express Shipping can be selected at checkout for an additional charge.

COUNTRIES & CURRENCY

  • Groomer Select ships all orders from Queensland, Australia.
  • Shipping is available to all countries listed under our Currency Selector tab shown on our Header and Footer Menu's.
  • International customers can view prices, and pay for orders, in their selected local currency.
  • Australian orders are calculated and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of Australian GST.
  • International orders are calculated and processed in your selected local currency, exclusive of any taxes (customer is responsible for any customs charges, taxes or duties that may be payable within the destination country).

SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • Shipments are sent via Australia Post to your nominated shipping address.
  • Australia Post may use delivery partners to complete delivery of international orders.
  • Yes, we will ship to PO Boxes.
  • Please ensure the Shipping Address you enter is correct. Groomer Select is not responsible for any items not delivered, or lost, due to an incorrectly entered shipping address.

DELIVERY & TRACKING

  • Orders are typically packed and shipped within one (1) business day of your payment being processed.
  • We will send you an email notification to track progress of your delivery.
  • Confirmation of delivery by the provider will be considered proof of your receipt of goods.

  • Delivery times shown are estimates only as provided by Australia Post and cannot be guaranteed by Groomer Select.
  • Please be aware international deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by Customs authorities, which may cause delays.

RETURNS POLICY

Our Returns Policy is designed to comply with, or exceed, the ACCC's policies in regard to protecting consumers rights to repair, replacement or refund when buying products and services.

Changed your mind?

If, for any reason, you change your mind about your purchase, simply contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order and we will forward instructions on processing your return and refund.

  • Return postage will be at your expense.
  • We can only accept a return of products purchased directly from Groomer Select.
  • Products returned must be unused, in their original packaging (including any instruction brochures) and in as-new condition 100% suitable for resale.
  • Any items returned to us not meeting these criteria will be sent back to you at your cost.
  • Once your return has been accepted by us, we will refund the amount paid (excluding any shipping charges) using your original method of payment.

Incorrect, or damaged, products delivered?

We carefully check all shipments for accuracy of order, product quality and condition prior to packing and shipping, so rarely will this apply.

Check your order as soon as it arrives and, if the product(s) delivered do not match your order, or have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will arrange to rectify the issue at our expense.

Faulty product?

Where a product is deemed faulty due to defects in material or workmanship, you may be entitled to a product replacement, repair or refund. 

If you consider your purchased product to be faulty, please contact us to discuss your return and remedy options.

    Return shipping

    Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, however, where the return is for faulty products, or delivery of incorrect/damaged products, and is accepted by us, any return shipping costs will be refunded to you.

    Refunds

    All returns accepted by us and approved for refund in accordance with these policies will be refunded using your original method of payment.
