Shipping & Returns
Groomer Select accepts orders from, and delivers to, addresses in Australia and selected International countries as listed in our currency selector.
- Orders of $100 or more are eligible for FREE Standard Shipping, or discounted Express Shipping rates.
- Order values are calculated and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST.
- Flat rate shipping options (Standard or Express) are available to select at checkout.
- Order values are calculated and processed in your local currency.
- Customer is responsible for any customs charges, taxes or duties that may be payable within the destination country.
- Please be aware international, cross border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by Customs authorities.
- Orders are typically packed and shipped within one (1) business day of your payment being confirmed.
- Shipments are sent via Australia Post or our preferred Courier service to your nominated shipping address.
- We will send you an email notification to track progress of your delivery.
- Delivery times are estimates only, as provided by our shipping service. Groomer Select cannot guarantee these estimated delivery times.
- Confirmation of delivery by the provider will be considered proof of your receipt of goods.
“No Questions” Returns:
- If, for any reason, you change your mind about your purchase, simply contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order and we will forward our Returns Agreement to you.
- Products eligible for return must have been purchased directly from Groomer Select, be unused, in their original packaging (including any manuals or instructions) and in new condition 100% suitable for resale.
- Return postage will be at your expense and, once your return has been accepted and processed, we will refund the original purchase amount paid (excluding any shipping charges) using your original method of payment.
- Returned items not meeting these criteria will not qualify for return and, if already returned to us, will be sent back to you at your cost.
Incorrect or Damaged Products Delivered:
- We carefully check all products for accuracy of order, quality and condition prior to packaging and delivery so rarely will this apply.
- Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
- Where products delivered do not match your order, or are damaged, please contact us within three (3) business days of delivery and we will arrange to immediately rectify the issue at our expense.
