SHIPPING

Countries:

  • Groomer Select only accepts orders from, and ships to, Australia and New Zealand.

 

Shipping Charges:

  • Orders of $100 or more will be shipped free of charge.
  • Orders below this amount will incur a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $8.90.

 

Australia:

  • Order values are calculated and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST.
  • Orders will be packed and shipped out within one (1) business day of your payment being confirmed.
  • Shipments will be sent via Australia Post or our nominated Courier service to your nominated shipping address.
  • We will send you an email notification to track progress of your delivery.
  • Delivery should be completed within two (2) to seven (7) business days, depending on your location.
  • Confirmation of delivery by the provider will be considered proof of your receipt of goods.

 

New Zealand:

  • Order values are calculated and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Customer is responsible for any currency exchange fees applied by their financial institution and any Government taxes or duties that may be payable within the destination country.
  • Orders will be packed and shipped out within one (1) business day of your payment being confirmed.
  • Shipments will be sent via Australia Post or our nominated Courier service to your nominated shipping address.
  • We will send you an email notification to track progress of your delivery.
  • Delivery should be completed within seven (7) business days, depending on your location.
  • Please be aware cross border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by Customs authorities.
  • Confirmation of delivery by the provider will be considered proof of your receipt of goods.

 

RETURNS

“No Questions” Returns:

  • If, for any reason, you change your mind about your purchase, simply contact us within fourteen (14) days of your order and we will forward our Returns Agreement to you.
  • help you arrange the return of the products purchased from Groomer Select.
  • Products eligible for return must have been purchased directly from Groomer Select, be unused, in their original packaging (including any manuals or instructions) and in new condition 100% suitable for resale.
  • Return postage will be at your expense, however, once your return has been accepted and processed, we will gladly refund the original order amount paid (including shipping) using your original method of payment.
  • Returned items not meeting these criteria will not qualify for return and, if returned to us, will be sent back to you at your cost.

 

 Incorrect or Damaged Products Delivered:

  • We carefully check all products for accuracy of order, quality and condition prior to packaging and delivery so rarely will this apply.
  • Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
  • Where products delivered do not match your order, or are damaged, please contact us within three (3) business days of delivery and we will arrange to immediately rectify the issue at our expense.
