Returns Policy

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

We carefully check all products for accuracy of order, quality and condition prior to packaging and delivery so rarely will any of the following will apply.

In the event you do need to return any products, please complete our Returns Form and take the appropriate action below:

 

No Questions Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase simply contact us within 15 days of your receipt of the item to arrange your “No Questions” return and refund.

We will confirm your proof of purchase from Groomer Select and then provide you with a Return Authorisation number (RA#) to be clearly marked on your return package.

Please note:

  • The “No Questions” return policy applies only to products purchased from Groomer Select and delivered within Australia
  • Products must be returned to us, at your expense, by Registered Post (requiring our signature on return).
  • We can only accept the return of products that are unused, in their original packaging (including any manuals or instructions) and in new condition 100% suitable for resale.
  • Returned items not meeting these criteria will not qualify for return and will be returned to you, at your cost.
Once your item is returned to us we will gladly give you a refund using your original method of payment, within 3 days of receipt. The amount we refund will be:
  • The purchase price paid, less a $15 administration and restocking fee, for any unwanted item(s) up to $150 in value. For items above this value, the restocking fee will be determined accordingly.

 

Incorrect Products Delivered

If the products delivered do not match your order, please DO NOT open or use the products. Contact us immediately and we will make arrangements to rectify the delivery at our expense.

Your use of any incorrectly delivered product(s) will be considered as acceptance of and agreement to purchase that product for its current price, which may mean an additional payment is required.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

Where any product is delivered in faulty or damaged condition, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will arrange to immediately replace the product at our expense.

The product to be replaced should be returned to us, at our expense, unused and in its original packaging (including any manuals or instructions) to assist in our return to the manufacturer.
