Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy is designed to comply with, or exceed, Australian Consumer Law (ACL) policies in regard to protecting consumers rights to repair, replacement or refund when buying products and services.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped by us.
- You will need to wait until delivery is completed and contact us to arrange a return and refund.
30 DAY RETURN OPTION
- While not required under Australian Consumer Law, Groomer Select offers a “No Questions” return period of thirty (30) days from your order date.
- Simply contact us within the 30 days and we will forward instructions on processing your return and refund.
RETURNS PROCESS
Before requesting a return, please note:
- We can only accept a return of products purchased directly from Groomer Select.
- Products returned must be unused, in their original packaging (including any instruction brochures) and in as-new condition 100% suitable for resale.
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted item(s) to us.
We recommend you pack and wrap the return item(s) well to avoid possible damage in transit, and keep a record to track progress of the delivery to us.
Any items returned to us damaged, or not meeting the above criteria, will be sent back to you at your cost.
REFUNDS
- We aim to process all refunds within 2 business days of receiving your returned item(s).
- Once your return has been accepted by us, the total amount paid by you (less a deduction for actual shipping costs incurred by us), will be refunded using your original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your account statement.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
- Where a product is deemed faulty due to defects in material or workmanship, you may be entitled to a product replacement, repair or refund.
- If you consider your purchased product to be faulty, please contact us to discuss your return and remedy options.
