ActiVet Brush Warranty

ACTIVET BRUSHES are manufactured by MONTI – Werkzeuge GmbH. 

• This Warranty is provided by MONTI – Werkzeuge GmbH and applies exclusively to ActiVet brushes purchased directly from MONTI – Werkzeuge GmbH, or their authorised distributor.
• MONTI – Werkzeuge GmbH undertakes to manufacture all ActiVet brushes sold by it free from defects in material or workmanship.
• MONTI – Werkzeuge GmbH warrants for a period of TWELVE (12) months from the date of purchase to repair or replace at its own expense any brush which is found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or material quality.

EXCEPTIONS

This Warranty will NOT apply if the brush becomes defective, or is damaged, due to:

• Damage by accident, abuse, negligence, or "Acts of God"
• Use not in accordance with instructions supplied with the product
• Damage to handle or pins caused by incorrect use or technique
• Failure to provide appropriate care
