We may also forward future promotional materials, which you may unsubscribe from, to the addresses provided by you.

Shopify
Shopify Inc. host our website and provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall in Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application and we may view certain information stored whenever we access the Shopify application.

Shopify Payments
Our direct payment gateway is operated by Shopify Inc. and, if you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data.
It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

ORDERING & WARRANTY
Online Shopping
When you order products online, you are confirming that you are of the required legal age and that the information you have provided to us is true and accurate.
We take reasonable care to ensure product images are as accurate as possible; however, what you see may vary depending on your monitor, computer equipment or device.
Orders
We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to reasonable quantities and to accept, or reject, an order for any reason including unavailability of product; error in price, image or product description; or error in your order.
This also applies to orders where payment has been made. In such cases, we will refund all amounts paid by you in full.
Product Warranty
The Australian Consumer Law sets out laws and requirements in Australia in relation to warranties against defects. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where the manufacturer of any product you have bought from us provides a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty is in addition to your other rights and remedies under law in relation to those goods.
The warranty given by the manufacturer is not a warranty given by Groomer Select, however, if you wish to make a warranty claim, and it is not clear from the manufacturer's warranty as to who you should contact or how to process a claim, you can contact us and we will attempt to assist you.
In any event, to be valid, any claim you may wish to make against any manufacturer's warranty would need to be within the warranty period stated by the manufacturer as that period within which a defect to which the warranty relates must appear.
