Where do you ship to?
- We ship to all countries listed under the Country Selector tab in our header menu.
- Customers outside Australia can view prices, and pay for orders, in their local currency.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
- All orders are shipped with Australia Post.
- We can also deliver to PO Boxes.
- Australia Post may use local delivery partners to complete delivery of international orders.
How much does shipping cost?
- FREE Standard Shipping to all available locations is included.
- Express Shipping option is available at checkout.
When will I get my order?
- We ship all orders on the next business day.
- You will see an estimated delivery time at Checkout, which is provided by our carrier Australia Post.
Can I track my order?
Of course! We will send your tracking information by email as soon as your order has been packed.
What if I change my mind?
- Groomer Select offers a 30 day “No Questions” return period.
- Simply contact us within 30 days of your order date and we will forward instructions on processing your return and refund.

Where are ActiVet products made?
All ActiVet products are manufactured at our "state of the art" facility in Germany.
Is there a product warranty?
- ActiVet brushes come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty, the longest in the industry!
- Of course, pet brushes are a "consumable" item, however, proper use and care will reward you with many years of service.
