Shipping policy

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • FREE Standard Shipping is included for all orders.
  • Express Shipping option is available at checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Groomer Select will not be responsible for any item(s) lost, or not delivered, due to an incorrectly entered shipping address.

  • Yes, we can ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.

DELIVERY

  • All orders will be shipped on the next business day.
  • All shipments are sent via Australia Post to your nominated shipping address.
  • Australia Post may use delivery partners to complete international deliveries.
  • We recommend you nominate a shipping address where your delivery can be accepted in person.
  • Where the nominated premises are unattended at the time of delivery, orders are automatically processed with an Authority To Leave and will be left in a safe place.
  • Where the delivery driver does not consider this possible, delivery may be attempted on another date, or you may be required to collect your parcel from the carrier's nearest facility.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • All orders are shipped from Queensland, Australia.
  • Estimated delivery times shown at Checkout are provided by Australia Post and cannot be guaranteed by Groomer Select.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

  • Updates on delivery estimates, disruptions and delays are available here
  • All deliveries are subject to processing, opening and inspection by Customs authorities, which may cause delays outside our control.
  • Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges, and cannot predict what they may be, and these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

USA IMPORT TARIFF

  • The USA has introduced new tariffs on imported goods, which must be paid prior to clearance by US Customs.
  • These tariff charges will be calculated at Checkout and added to your total order.
  • Groomer Select will pay these charges prior to delivery and your parcel will arrive (DDP) Delivered Duty Paid.

TRACKING

  • We will send you an email notification to track progress of your delivery.
  • Confirmation of delivery by Australia Post will be considered proof of your receipt of goods.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS DELIVERED

  • We carefully check all shipments for accuracy of order, product quality and condition prior to packing and shipping, so rarely will this apply.
  • Check your order as soon as it arrives and, if the product(s) delivered do not match your order, or have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will arrange to rectify the issue at our expense.
