Shipping Information

Within Australia
  • Prices for products ordered and delivered within Australia include Australian GST.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated, and paid for, as part of your order.
  • Within 2 business days of your payment being cleared by your nominated bank, your order will be shipped to your nominated “Shipping Address” by Australia Post.
  • Your nominated “Shipping Address” must not be a Post Office box.
  • We will send you an email confirming your Australia Post tracking Number which you can follow here.
  • Delivery will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Australia Post’s Parcel Post service and should arrive within 2 to 7 business days depending on your location.
  • Australia Post’s confirmation of delivery will be considered proof of your receipt of goods.

 

International

We only accept orders and ship internationally to the following countries:

  • New Zealand

  • Prices for products ordered and delivered outside Australia exclude Australian GST.
  • Payment must be made in Australian dollars (AUD) by Mastercard or Visa (Bank Transfer not accepted for international orders).
  • Shipping costs will be calculated, and paid for, as part of your order.
  • Within 2 business days of your payment being cleared by your nominated bank, your order will be shipped to your nominated “Shipping Address” by Australia Post.
  • Your nominated “Shipping Address” must not be a Post Office box.
  • We will send you an email confirming your Australia Post Tracking Number which you can follow at the link to be provided.
  • Delivery will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Australia Post’s Air Mail parcel service and should arrive within 4 to 10 business days depending on your location.
  • Australia Post’s confirmation of delivery will be considered proof of your receipt of goods.
  • Customers will be responsible for payment of any local duties and taxes payable within the country of destination.

 

Incorrect Products Delivered

Where products delivered do not match your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will arrange to immediately rectify the delivery at our expense.
